01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. J.K. Khuntia, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Ch. S. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition challenging the order of transfer passed by O.P. No. 1 on 08.09.2022 under Annexure-4, whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Badamba to Tahasildar, Bhadrak. The Petitioner in the meantime has already approached the O.P. No. 1 vide Annexure-5 seeking cancellation of the said order on the grounds indicated therein.

4. Considering the fact that the Petitioner has already approached the O.P. No. 1 vide Annexure-5, this Court while not inclined to entertain the prayer as made in the writ Petition, directs O.P. No. 1 to take a decision on the same within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is also directed to provide a copy of this order before the O.P. No. 1 within three (3) days from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Till a fresh decision is taken on the representation of the Petitioner as made in Annexure-5, status-quo with regard to continuance of the Petitioner as on date be maintained.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
