This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.504 of 2021 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Gondia arising out of Gondia P.S.

Case No.288 of 2021, offence under Sections 417/406/420/425/367/409 of IPC and in custody since 22.08.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned A.D.J.-cum-Spl. Judge (Vigilance), Dhenkanal by order dated 05.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

It is alleged that the petitioner who was working as Front Line Officer in the company Micro Loan Office, Gondia, though collected an amount of Rs.2,14,585/-from several costumers from the

period November 2018 to October, 2019 towards installments dues, did not deposit the same in the company's account. 7.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall furnish the cash security to the tune of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and property security of the balance amount involved in the case to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin over the matter. The cash securities shall be deposited in a short terms interest bearing account pledged to the Court and which shall be result of the outcome of the trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
