1. The counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Party is taken on record.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any view on the respective contentions on merits, the Court appoints Mr. Ramakanta Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate as sole Arbitrator to conduct the arbitration proceedings and adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter claims. The arbitration proceedings shall take place under the aegis of the High Court Arbitration Centre. A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator as well as the Coordinator, Arbitration Centre forthwith.

3. The arbitration petition is disposed of.
