1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. B.K. Behera 1, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Ch. S. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The sole grievance of the Petitioner is that even though he has made an application for appointment under the provision of Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme since 25.04.2017 under Annexure-2, but till date no action has been taken on such claim of the Petitioner.

4. In view of that this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs the O.P. No. 5 to take a lawful decision on the same on the said application of the Petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order.
