Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that through the petitioners have filed Misc. Appeal, which was registered as Misc. Appeal No. 01 of 2013 before the Sub-Collector, Gunupur, but till date the same has not been disposed of. 4.

Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioners, since there is long delay in disposal of the appeal, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the Sub-Collector, Gunupur to dispose of Misc. Appeal No. 01 of 2013 pending before him by passing a reasoned order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order.
