This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of Consolidation Revision Case No.92 of 2022 pending before the Additional Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs in the event the petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Consolidation Revision Case No.92 of 2022 within a period of one month thereafter.
