This application has been filed for correction of the typographical error crept in the order dated 29.09.2022 pertaining to the number of the Encroachment case.

After going through the record, the encroachment case number occurring in the 2nd and 3rd paragraph of the order dated 29.09.2022 be corrected and read as "Encroachment Case No.4-41/2021" in place of "Encroachment Case No.4-21/2021".

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
