The Petitioner's representation dated 3rd June, 2022 be considered by the Divisional Forest Officer, Baripada, Mayurbhanj (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to them and a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 6th February, 2023. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioner thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
