Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The dispute involves a private contract in between the parties may be involving a public authority. For the parties bound by condition in contract, even if there is allegation involving violation of conditions and tenant under agreement vacating the house in the continuous of agreement and with heavy outstanding towards electricity, there is no possibility of enforcement of contract by way of Writ Petition. 3.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed. Dismissal of the Writ Petition is not a bar for the Petitioner to pursue other remedy. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
