The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to dispose of the Encroachment Case No.421/2021 within a stipulated time. 3.

In view of the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to dispose of the Encroachment Case No.4-258/2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.
