Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the O.P.No.2 (Executive Officer, Nayagarh Municipality) to take decision regarding the approval of the house building plan to be constructed over plot No.1332 corresponding to area Ac.0.0700 dec., Khata No.1239/3913, Mouza, Nayagarh, Tahasil, Nayagarh, District, Nayagarh, within a stipulated time.

And pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble court deem fit and proper;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representations at the instance of the petitioners on the self same issue vide Annexure-4 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Executive Officer, Nayagarh Municipality-opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-4 series and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners.
