The petitioner has filed this writ petition for eviction of the unauthorized encroachers without impleding them as parties to the present writ petition.

In view of the above the writ petition suffers from nonjoinder of proper parties. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
