Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for modification of order dated 16.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11438 of 2022. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in 11th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 16.09.2022 the word "other than Chhendipada P.S. 425 and 426 of 2022 be reflected deleting the words "other than the offence under sections 425 and 426 of the Indian Penal Code". Accordingly the order dated 16.09.2022 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

Three weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 16.09.2022. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
