The Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to declare the demolition of the construction over the petitioner's plot as illegal and to direct opposite parties to give adequate compensation to the petitioners for such demolition.

In view of the above prayer of the petitioners, it is open to them to pursue their remedy in accordance with law. 5.
