This Court in a number of proceedings has come to hold that for the limited jurisdiction to be exercised by the Competent Authority involving 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act Application, controversy of the nature of case involved herein cannot adjudicate the exercise of power under Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act. There is no purpose in entertaining such matter except disposing of the matter as no further entertainable, however with liberty to the Petitioner, if he has any option under any provision of law, to avail the same.
