Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court records the submission of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is already service of notice on the respondent in the Appeal.

It is surprise to note that the Mutation Appeal Case No.84 of 2018 is still pending before the Sub-Collector, Balasore-Opposite Party No.3. This Court while expressing its anxiety, for long pendency of such matter directs the Appellate Authority, Opposite Party No.3 to expedite the hearing of the Mutation Appeal Case No.84 of 2018 and see the finality of such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but however involving the Parties concerned.
