This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 16.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11445 of 2022. 3.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner No.7 - namely Kanhu Gope is having 5 more criminal antecedents in his name, Petitioner No.10 - namely Mahavir @ Suni Das is having 2 more criminal antecedents in his name, and Petitioner No.12 - namely Biswambhar Das is having one more criminal antecedent in his name, which he could not informant this court at the time of passing of the order dated 16.09.2022, due to want of proper instruction from the clients.

Considering such submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, Order No.01 dated 16.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL

// 2 // No.11445 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that the condition imposed with regard to verification of criminal antecedents of similar nature against the Petitioners, vide para-4, is hereby waived. However, further condition is imposed whereby Petitioner No.7 shall furnish cash security of Rs.7,500/- (rupees seven thousand five hundred), Petitioner No.10 shall furnish cash security of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) and Petitioner No.12 shall furnish cash security of Rs.3,000/- (rupees three thousand) to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin over the matter, for their release on bail. 6.

Four week's further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below as per order dated 16.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11445 of 2022, other conditions in the said order remaining unchanged. 7.
