This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties/Contemnors.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.3726 2021 and order dated 08.11.2021 passed in CONTC No.6400 of 2021 has already been complied with. A copy of the said compliance order serves on learned counsel for the petitioners in Court today.

In such view of the submissions made, the Contempt Petition stands dropped.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application in the event any cause of action still survives. ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge Jagabandhu
