1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

Mr. Samantaray submits that the directions passed by this Court on 09th August, 2017 in W.P.(C) No.15101 of 2017 have been duly complied with by the competent authority by conducting inquiry and communicating the result of that inquiry vide Letter No.391 dated 18th January, 2021. A Memo dated 6th January, 2022 issued by the Joint Labour Commissioner, Cuttack Range, Cuttack to the Office of the Advocate General, Odisha reflecting the aforesaid has been placed on record.

3. In view of the above, we find no grounds to pursue the present contempt.

4. The contempt proceedings are dropped and the CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
