1. The order passed by this Court on 22nd July, 2022 in the Order No.
arbitration petition i.e. ARBP No.11 of 2022 was challenged by the Union of India in SLP (Civil) No.20893 of 2022 which has been dismissed on 1st December, 2022.
2. In para 5 of the counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Party, it is admitted that the mandate of the Tribunal was going to expire on 5th October, 2022. It is now agreed by the parties that the Court can extend the time for completion of the arbitration proceedings so that the entire proceedings are concluded on or before 30th June, 2023. It is so ordered.
