Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as he is not in Order No.

possession of the document being the foundation of the claim of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition may kindly be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to re-file the same in the event any cause of action still survives.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a better petition with proper documents. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
