1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 30.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.23545 of 2022.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the 5th line of paragraph-3 of the aforesaid order, the date of death of the Petitioner's father has been wrongly reflected as "11.09.1990" instead of "11.09.1999". He further submits that though the Petitioner has submitted two

// 2 // representations i.e. representations dated 02.06.2019 under Annexure-13 and dated 06.06.2022 under Anmnexure-16 before the Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Keonjhar, in paragraph-4 of the aforesaid order only representation dated 02.06.2019 has been mentioned and accordingly, in paragraph-5 the Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Keonjhar has been directed to dispose of the said representation.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the I.A, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the date of death of the Petitioner's father wrongly reflected as "11.09.1990" be read as "11.09.1999". Further, the words mentioned in paragraph-4 as "a representation dated 02.06.2019" be read as "representations dated 02.06.2019 under Annexure-13 and dated 06.06.2022 under Anmnexure-16"

and the words "the representation" mentioned in paragraph-5 be read as "the Representations".

6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.

7. This I.A. is disposed of.
