This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). It appears that the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of two weeks as per the order dated 30.09.2020 in I.A. No.10 of 2020 and the learned counsel for the petitioner was asked to produce the surrender certificate.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Since this bail application is of the year 2019 and the petitioner has approached this Court against the rejection order dated 15.10.2019 and in the meantime, more than three years have already passed, the BLAPL is

// 2 // disposed of with observation that if the petitioner has been released on interim bail as per order dated 30.09.2020 and has not complied with the terms and conditions of the said interim order, learned trial Court shall take necessary steps for his arrest in accordance with law.

A copy of the order be communicated to the learned trial Court immediately.
