Unfortunate to note that OLR Appeal Case No. 34 of 2005 is pending before the Sub-Collector, Sonepur- Opposite Party No. 2 for over seventeen years. This Court while expressing its anxiety disposing of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the OLR Appeal Case No. 34 of 2005 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving parties likely to be affected. 3.
