This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It appears that this bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in a case involving the offence under sections 341,323,325 of the India Peal Code. It appears that all the offences are bailable in nature.

Therefore, the ABLAPL is not maintainable.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioner apprehends that some higher offences may be added. It is open for the Petitioner to move this Court if any higher offences is added. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the ABLAPL is disposed of. 6.
