This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.835 of 2022, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Banarpal, arising out of Cyber Crime & Economic P.S. Case No.24 of 2022, offence under Sections 419/420 of IPC read with sections 66(C) & 66(D) of IT Act and is in custody since 26.08.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Vigilance), Angul by order dated 07.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and punishment prescribed and considering the age of the petitioner and

submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is a student, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

6.

Additionally it is directed that he shall appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till the submission of final form.

7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
