The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "to direct the opp. parties to show cause s to why the impugned suspension order dated 30.6.2022 at Annexure-1 should not be quashed/revoked as per Rule 12 (5) of OCA (CCA) Rule, 1962 and judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Civil Appeal No.1912 of 2015 arising out of SLP No.-31761 of 2013 (Ajay Kumar Choudhury-vs-Union of India through its Secretary & Another"

And further pleased to direct the State Opposite Parties to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of ten days from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
