1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the State.
3. The Petitioner was engaged as Asha Karmi in Sandha village in the district of Subarnapur w.e.f. 18th April, 2021. It is claimed that despite discharging her duties regularly, since then, she was suddenly not allowed to perform her duties since July, 2022 without issuing any show cause to her. It appears that ventilating her grievance, the Petitioner has approached the Superintendent, Sub-Divisional Hospital, Birmaharajpur,
// 2 // (Opposite Party No.4) by submitting a representation on 1st August, 2022, the said representation is pending.

Considering the fact and the concerned authority is to take a decision at the first instance, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No.4 to consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law after granting opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the Petitioner.
4. Further, if the Petitioner is found entitled to her claim regarding non-payment of arrear salary, the same shall be paid to her forthwith.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
