Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, joint application has been filed with prayer for dismissing the section 9 petition, wherefrom arises impugned order. 2.

The agreement of parties for compromising the appeal appears to be in order inasmuch as by the agreement they have agreed that no interim measure would be required from the Court. 3.

The appeal is allowed. Impugned order is set aside on above agreement of parties.

The appeal is disposed of.
