This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the successive journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Khurda E.O.W., Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.11 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.01 of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned Presiding Officer, Designated Court, Sambalpur for offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471/406/120-B, I.P.C. read with section 4/5/6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act and Section 6 of the OPID Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail. 3.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the record being perused, it is seen that the prayer for bail of this Petitioner was last rejected by the Trial Court on 23.03.2021. In view of the lapse of more than one year by now with such other developments having taken place, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the Trial Court citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper prospective and disposal in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
