1.This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner challenges the selection process held in pursuance to the Advertisement No.32 dated 04.01.2022 for the post of Initial Appointee as Trained Graduate Teacher issued by the Opposite Party No.2/ Collector and District Magistrate, Rayagada, in ST and SC Development Department Section.

4. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner has grossly failed to impress upon the Court regarding the ground of filing of this Writ Petition. Since there is no document or averment in the Writ Petition regarding non-suitability of the selected candidates except his oral submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner has failed to establish a case. Hence, this Writ Petition has no merit.
