Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is seeking to be included in beneficiary list under Prime Minister Awas Yojana Scheme. His client made representation through her husband, received by office of Project Director on 22nd July, 2022.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the Collector is proper authority to deal with petitioner's claim. Mr. Parhi, learned advocate, Deputy Solicitor General appears on behalf of Union of India.

Petitioner by herself or through her husband will make fresh representation to opposite party no.3 enclosing her said earlier representation, received by the Project Director on 22nd July, 2022.
