I.A. No.1939 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 21.10.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court while directing the release of the petitioner on bail, inter alia had directed "that the petitioner shall furnish property security to the tune of Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees fifteen lakhs). Since the same the petitioner is not able to furnish the same, he is still in custody. 4.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is persuaded to modify the direction in paragraph-8 of the order dated 21.10.2022 as under:- "Learned Court in seisin is directed to act if property security to the tune of Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees fifteen lakhs) is submitted on behalf of the petitioner to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin over the matter".

Paragraph-8 of the order accordingly stands modified. 6.

Other stipulations remain unaltered.

With the aforesaid order, this I.A. stands disposed of. 8.
