The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of Demarcation Case No.100 of 2019 within a stipulated time. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that since AHO No.34 of 2000 involving the self-same subject matter of dispute has already been dismissed, the Petitioner does not want to press this writ petition for the time being.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
