For the reason stated, the I.A. stands allowed. Order No.

In fact, this Court by an order dated 30th September, 2022 disposed of CRLMC No.2560 of 2022 and had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned Sessions court on or before 21st October, 2022 in connection with C.T. Case No.32 of 2014.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not comply the directions of the Court and surrender before the learned CJM-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge (STC), Nabarangpur within the time stipulated and hence prays that the period of surrender should be extended in the interest of justice. 4.

Since the I.A. stands allowed, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned CJM-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge (STC), Nabarangpur on or before 15th December, 2022 in connection with G.R. Case No.870 of 2013 arising out of

Nabarangpur P.S. Case No.233 of 2013 in compliance of the Court's order dated 30th September, 2022 in CRLMC No.2560 of 2022. 5.
