Heard Mr. A.K. Paigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr. Panigrahi, the petitioner, who happens to be the complainant, is aggrieved by the non-disposal of in I.C.C. Case No.57 of 2018 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher. Accordingly, he prays that a direction be issued to the learned court below to dispose of the above noted complaint case expeditiously within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted complaint case in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment. 4.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
