Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the appeal, which is therefore, rejected. It is open to the appellant to renew his prayer for bail after examination of Padmanav Nayak, Sukunami Mohapatra and Amar Mohapatra.

CRLA is accordingly rejected.
