Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the monthly salary for the period from 22.08.2006 to 22.08.2018, as she has worked for the said period and to consider her case for promotion to the higher post i.e. to Level-III of the Elementary Cadre, as her juniors have already promoted, along with all consequential benefits within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-11 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-11, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
