Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. D. Sethy has entered appearance on behalf of the informant/victim. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the informant/victim is taken on record. Name of Mr. D. Sethy be reflected in the file, in the cause list as well as in the CMS of this Court.

The petitioner is accused in Soro P.S. Case No.319 dt.04.07.2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.683 of 2022, pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Soro, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 341/323/294/325/307/379/506/34 of the IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Soro, by order dated 07.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the informant on instruction that the injured is still undergoing treatment at S.C.B Medical College & Hospital.

Considering the same and taking into account the role ascribed as evidenced from the order of rejection and also in view of the criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter afresh after filing of charge-sheet. 9.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
