This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed for modification of the court's name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently the court's name has been mentioned in the bail application. In place of J.M.F.C, Khallikote, Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Khallikote has been reflected. 4.

Considering such submissions, the learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction in the bail application.

Accordingly, it is directed that the correction be carried out in court today.

Considering the change of name of Court in the order dated

// 2 // 11.10.2022 stands modified. In place of Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Khallikote, J.M.F.C., Khallikote be reflected in the order.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 11.10,2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 8.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
