This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. M. Patra has entered appearance on behalf of the informant/victim. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the informant/victim is taken on record.

The Registry is requested to trace and the tag the same with the file. Name of Mr. M. Patra be reflected in the file, in the cause list as well as in the CMS of this Court. 5.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1353 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh, arising out of Sundargarh Town P.S. Case No.305 of 2022, for offences under Sections 341/452/323/307/506/34 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of Arms Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Sundargarh, by

order dated 27.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the co-accused was released on bail by this Court by order dated 06.09.2022 in ABLAPL No.10535 of 2022 and while releasing the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court, learned Court in seisin over the matter has specifically observed that no injury was sustained by the injured.

Taking note of the same, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The order of the learned S.D.J.M., relied upon by the petitioners is kept on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the description of the petitioner in the cause title in Court today. 11.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
