This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1100 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Aska, Ganjam, arising out of Badagada P.S. Case No.312 of 2022, for offences under Sections 465/468/471/420 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, by order dated 09.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the nature of allegations which is primarily based on documentary evidence and the period of custody from 25.08.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till the conclusion of investigation.

8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
