Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the opp. party No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner for fixation of seniority in the post of Principal w.e.f 23.3.2022 i.e. the date when his juniors were promoted under Annexure-5 series And further be pleased to direct the opp.

parties to give all consequential service and financial benefits."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 20.7.2022 forwarded vide letter dated 26.7.2022 under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this

// 2 // Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
