Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as finds the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-8 is pending consideration, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-8 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto, within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. It is directed that there may not be undertaking of construction in question until the representation at Annexure-8 at the instance of the Petitioner is disposed of. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
