This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. S.R. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and also heard Ms. S. Das, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

It has been stated by Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel that while Smt. Babita Jena, the respondent in MATA No.138 of 2019 approached the Registry with a request to disburse the amount of alimony to the extent of 11.00 lakhs, as deposited by the appellant in MATA No.138 of 2019, the Registry has questioned her identity. But we do not find any note/order in this regard in the records. 5.

On supposition, we direct the Registry to accept the Voter ID Card and Aadhaar Card (both inclusive) as the proof of identity of Smt. Babita Jena daughter of Somanath Jena since deceased.

That apart, Smti. Babita Jena shall file an affidavit clearly stating that the Savings Bank Account No.20186360325, State Bank of India, Cuttack Branch stands in her name. Details of the said account is availed on records.

From the fly-leaf of the passbook appears that the applicant, Babita Jena, has a PAN Card under No.BAPPJ6793P. 8.

If there are any insignificant discrepancies in the documents, those shall be clarified in the affidavit. By virtue of the Voter Id Card and the Aadhaar Card, if the respondent's identity is established and the respondent shall additionally be identified by her counsel who was engaged to represent her in the appeal being MATA No.138 of 2019, the Registry shall accept the identity and transfer the amount to her State Bank of India, Account as mentioned above without any delay. 9.

In terms of the above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
