1. Although the grievance of the present petition as well as the representation dated 19th April,2022 is that there are certain illegal unauthorized encroachments on both sides of the village road of village Kuanrpur in the district of Balasore, this Court finds that neither in the representation nor in the present petition, the names of the alleged encroachers have been set out much less have they been made parties. Consequently, this Court is not in a position to entertain the present petition.

2. Nevertheless, it will be open to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation with the authorities naming the encroachers and after following up on such representation to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
