1. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate has placed before the Court that a written intimation, received by him dated 15th February 2022, from the Additional District Magistrate (Revenue)(Puri), confirming that there is no appeal pending against the order of the Consolidation Officer, Puri in Objection Case Nos.2567 and 2568 of 1996 in any higher forum.

2. In view of the above statement, the orders passed by this Court on 12th August, 2021 in W.P.(C) No.4737 of 2003 and W.P.(C)

No.10969 of 2005, are hereby recalled and both the writ petitions are restored to the file.

3. The above writ petitions will now be listed before the Roster Bench on 11th April, 2022.
