1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.
3. The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the authorities to consider her case for promotion to the post of Supervisor from Anganwadi Worker. It is submitted that the Petitioner is the only candidate and has all the necessary qualifications and also meets the eligibility conditions.

4. On being asked, learned counsel for the Petitioner is unable to say whether any process for filling up the post on promotion has been undertaken or not.
5. Having regard to the fact that it is within the exclusive domain of the executive to fill up the post, no direction can be issued in this regard. However, if any such process is undertaken in future, the case of the Petitioner may be considered in accordance with law subject to her fulfilling all the necessary eligibility conditions.
6. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
