Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as this Court finds Petitioner has already representations vide Annexures-4 and 5 series pending before the Deputy Chief Controller of Explosives, Bhubaneswar- Opposite Party No.1, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.1 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take a lawful decision also involving Opposite Party Nos.4 and 5 by completing the consideration exercise at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order by the Petitioner along with the copy of the Writ Petition within seven days considering urgency therein. Any development pursuant to impugned action shall remain subject to the outcome on the decision of Opposite Party No.1.
