This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Mr. Subham Sharma, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. B.Panigrahi, learned counsel for the opp. party No.3 and Mr.P.P.Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate are present. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opp. parties to release the final bill after completion of the work for more than six years by complying the direction under Annexure-5 in his favour.

It is revealed from the record that this Court has passed the interim order on 13.11.2014 in favour of the petitioner. 5.
Learned counsel for the opp.party No. 3 submits that the order passed by this Court on 13.11.2014 has already been complied with by the concerned authority.

Be that as it may, since none is there to prosecute the case
and it is an year old matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of for nonprosecution. 7.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
